Our ceramist works two floors above the surgery. Shade is matched in the same daylight you'll be seen in, and adjustments happen in an hour, not a fortnight.
Nothing removed that can be kept.
Minimal-preparation is a discipline, not a slogan. We keep enamel wherever enamel can be kept, and we write down why when it can't.
Shade is a light problem, not a catalogue problem.
Stock shade tabs are matched under a lamp. We layer feldspathic porcelain against your own enamel, in the window you'll be looking out of, then check it again at four in the afternoon when the light has turned.
