Then you're in good company — roughly a third of our new patients say the same sentence. The first visit is talking and photographs only. Nothing is done to you on day one unless you're in pain and ask us to.
Do you take nervous patients?
Yes, and we schedule them first thing when the building is quiet. Oral sedation is available, and a raised hand stops everything, every time.
How do I get there?
Hollow Lane is two minutes from Marlowe Quarter station. There are four reserved bays behind the building; tell reception your plate when you book.
Emergencies?
Call before 09:30 and we keep two slots free each day for existing patients. Out of hours, our answering service reaches the on-call clinician.
